Generally It takes about  7-10 business days to dliver the shipment  to the recipient. Depending on the situation however, some products might take longer time for us to prepare.

Please note that we arrange partial shipping for orders not shipped out for 10 working days from the date of payment upon the request of our customers. The rest items in the same order will be sent soon as available. If no request from customers for partial shipments, all the products in one order will be shipped in one package. We will send by partial shipment for orders weighing or measuring over the standard size of package recommended by the EMS in order for the receipient to save the import taxes and duties.

 Dongdaemun.com is not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances such as severe weather or natural disasters.  Similarly, we are not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances related to the courier itself, such as clearance delays.
